As project manager, I have only one suggestion to make to Mattel, the company that has recently been embattled by the lead paint scandals due to outsourced manufacturing to China. Do like all the other companies do: don't change anything in your managing structure and keep up the same line of business. Spend just a million or two on re-branding. Change your logo for the one on the right, diverting attention from the problem while claiming for a greater transparency towards the consumer's expectations.
